Ben Spencer Promoted to JRC Senior Vice President

JRC Integrated Systems is proud to announce the promotion of Ben Spencer to Senior Vice President for Strategic Policy.

In his new role, Ben will lead JRC’s engagement on Capitol Hill while working closely with the company’s executive leadership to strengthen relationships across government and industry. As a member of JRC’s Executive Team, he will help advance JRC’s mission of supporting the nation’s most critical national security programs through thoughtful policy engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Since joining JRC in June 2024, Ben has quickly become a trusted advisor and respected leader within the company. He has played a vital role in supporting Strategic Systems Programs’ establishment. His leadership, insight, and collaborative approach have contributed significantly to the program’s successful development and continued momentum.

Ben brings nearly three decades of distinguished military service to his new position. A retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General, he served in a variety of leadership roles throughout his 29-year career, culminating as Chief of the Department of the Air Force’s House Liaison Office on Capitol Hill. There, he worked alongside Air Force and Space Force senior leaders to develop legislative strategies, build relationships with Congress, and advocate for critical national security priorities. Earlier in his career, Ben also served as Vice Commander of the Air Force Sustainment Center, helping oversee one of the Air Force’s largest organizations responsible for global logistics, readiness, and sustainment operations.

Ben’s experience leading large organizations, shaping policy, and building relationships across government makes him a strong fit to guide JRC’s continued growth in support of its customers’ missions.

When reflecting on his time at JRC, Ben shared:

“JRC is the best of both worlds. The team is truly a family, and it’s making a difference every day.”

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, especially cheering on his 15-year-old son, Evan, at swim meets and exploring local parks together for birdwatching. He also serves as President of the Sideburn Run Recreation Association Board of Directors in Fairfax County, volunteering his time to support his local community. When he has a chance to unwind, Ben enjoys golfing, working in the yard, reading, and going out to dinner with his wife, Beth.

Please join us in congratulating Ben Spencer on this well-earned promotion and wishing him continued success as he takes on this important leadership role at JRC Integrated Systems.
